“Jackson Township” – John Gordon, an old resident of this township died at his residence on Feb 7; his remains were followed to their last resting place in the Floyd Cemetery by a large number of relatives and friends.  His demise is mourned by his wife, three children and a host of friends. His bereaved wife loses a devoted husband and the township a respected citizen.
